Abstract : The importance of this study of the time period covered by and that they represent a distinct stage in relations between the Ottoman Empire, and the United States of America. The Ottoman state in the nineteenth century / third century AH was suffering from internal problems, especially large foreign intervention of European powers in its affairs, sultans have tried to find a strong European ally, but they clashed with the interests of the major European countries resume. This is found in the Ottoman Empire a chance to enter the global political arena. As the Ottoman Empire saw the emergence of the United States of America as a world power a chance to attract an ally to help them reject foreign interference.
