Abstract : Responded Educational Research and psychological with rapid development in various areas of life that characterizes today's world since the mid-twentieth century at least, I started looking at the learner as a hub of the educational process rather than subject, bringing attention focused on the needs of developmental one hand, and the potential to achieve those on the other hand needs. It is no longer the learner as a white page and a teacher draw lines of knowledge and science on them, and give the learner skills mental, physical and behavioral, but I believe in this research that learner go to school which is loaded with knowledge and information, and has trends and skills, and enjoy the capabilities of private, and I realized at the same time that each individual possesses What distinguishes it from other, and it is possible - and must - explore his abilities to reach out to the mastery learning. And became the challenge facing educational and psychological sciences is how to do this.
