Abstract : ), And results showed differences in the function at the level of statistical significance (0.05 (between the control group and the experimental groups in the collection and retention, which means that there are statistically significant differences between the first experimental group (e-learning using educational software) and the second experimental (E-Learning Using scheduled mail via educational site) in the collection for the benefit of the second set. Also showed statistically significant differences between the first experimental group (e-learning using educational software) and the second experimental (education-mail using scheduled through educational site) to retain the favor of the second group. And one of the most important recommendations of the research to do deanships colleges of the existing computer labs in universities so they can benefit from the research and software that researchers are keen members of the teaching to be at the highest levels of education. And research need to use different teaching strategies are supported effective multimedia and computer networks and the Internet in teaching and training students in the colleges of education on the use of the Internet in teaching, and the need to train workers in the field of educational technology on curriculum design on the internet.
