Abstract : This research aims to study Mutagenic treatment of single and joint plant extract fennel and Akaralfankeristin, using strains fly vinegar Drosophila melanogaster Drosophila melanogaster using two tests, test mutations lethal recessive sex-linked (SLRL) and estimate enzymatic activity of the enzyme choline Asteriz (ChE) for females first generation humoral F1)) and second-generation females with red eyes recursion (F2) and male model to land for the second generation in order to compare the sensitivity of both tests. Treated male Drosophila wild strain (Or-R) treatment Single from the plant fennel and Akaralfankeristin and also treated three transactions shared included, each one a mixture of both extract fennel first and then Akaralfankeristin and treatment second Akaralfankeristin then extract fennel and treatment third two together then was estimated mutations lethal recessive sex-linked, as enzymatic activity was estimated to enzyme choline Asteriz. has shown single and combined transactions for each of the fennel plant and Akaralfankeristin any significant effect in the percentage of mutations (SLRL). And results showed appreciation enzymatic activity of Colin Asteriz (ChE) that single treatment for each of the plant extract fennel and Akaralfankeristin led to significant difference high in enzymatic activity ranging between high and low for both generations in all periods Altazaugeh except for the period Altazaugeh second actress to stage Vanguard sperm to the females first generation fennel extract treatment differences were not significant, and highly significant differences emerged when common treatment for all periods Altazaugeh to both generations of males and females.
