Abstract : Organizations are keen to make a distinct change in pattern of ongoing management to improve performance and increase productivity, and pursue development and dealing with modern technology. As a result of the expansion of libraries and information centers, and expanding its operations and the complexity of its connections, in addition to the diversity of information sources, and multiple means available to the beneficiaries of the increased need to apply modern techniques by which to improve and develop work procedures, and progress results in making the best use of human and material resources available . The method of systems analysis Systems Analysis of the effective methods that can provide the necessary assistance to the director of the library or information center, through the wealth of analytical tools to help organize and facilitate the work procedures, which contributes to the provision of operating costs, in addition to saving time and effort, which are making in routine operations, which can be employed to perform the functions and duties of the more vital. Has contributed to computer technology in the implementation of systems analysis tools very effectively, and many of the currently available software specialized in these instruments, and is characterized by comprehensiveness and simply use them simultaneously. This study focuses on highlighting the role of flow charts Flowcharts as one of the most important tools of systems analysis, and acquire these maps significance out of it one of the main requirements for the certificate of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), as required by Article VII of the criteria to use flow charts (1) has chosen the researcher of this the subject of his experience in teaching systems analysis and design for about 10 years, in addition to practical experience gained in dealing with software systems analysis, and finds that the literature on this subject is suffering from a severe shortage, and believes that the scientific studies dealing with analysis tools other systems.
