Abstract : Information Technology contributed and still contributes significantly and rapidly changing the way banking services and customer contact and make banking service exceed direct contact and visit the branch during opening hours bank. Helped the development of information technology in the development of a more flexible customer service, especially in transfers and payments and banking transactions outside working hours and make it more easily and is pleased to use. The increasing amount of banking transactions high rates in the last decade in the statistics contained in the study despite the recent provision of the service (six years) in the banking market in Saudi Arabia contributed not to be able to work without the use of bank computers. This study describes the role of information technology and how it spread and its contribution to the development of banking services from the viewpoint of the beneficiary (the client), with particular emphasis on the development and spread of ATMs and his business cards and automatic payment. The study also considered the difficulties and the method of deployment of service between customers from the point of view and the obstacles they faced in taking advantage of ATM services and the Saudi Payments Network
