Abstract : In this research is estimating the cost function transcendent Allogarritimip for a number of Islamic and traditional banks to measure economies of scale and economies of Strand and substitution elasticities and price elasticities of input to these banks and compare them among themselves and derive their economic consequences.
And most important results of research is that Islamic banks enjoy economies of scale are positive while enjoying the most traditional banks economies of scale of this negative savings Almujbhtattiy Islamic banks an advantage in reducing the average total cost of the more expanded its banking services and to estimate that the total assets reached 556 million dollars, which provides even have that size increase their ability to compete with banks Altkulaideho acquire a greater share of the market.
The results also indicate that Islamic banks do not possess any complementary costs and where there are no economies of scale and would be better on the costs allocated to a particular type of contract because each requires a different mix of inputs
