Abstract : The research aims to develop a model of the monetary system of the Islamic body functions behavioral variables, and proposes rules management tools and variables to achieve its objectives and develop a model for the alternative rate of return of interest in conventional systems. Discussed the research in its various components monetary system and the traditional criticisms leveled at him then discussed the alternative of interest rate in the Islamic system, then discussed the Islamic monetary system and monetary management by including the request for the money supply and objectives of monetary policy tools in it.
