To answer these questions, discussed the research nature of uncertainty in financial transactions and the theories that explain the behavior of speculation in financial markets and the relationship between gambling and speculation in the literature of Western, and then discussed Zawabott legitimacy to the gaming and betting and gambling complex on the haraam in addition to discussing in speculative markets contemporary financial controls in the light of those
