Abstract : The purpose of this study is to identify causes and consequences of the pressures of work in an environment audit Saudi Arabia and its impact on their performance or their decision to leave work and study has worked to achieve this through the formulation of a test set of assumptions.
And on the basis of the nature of the study were followed Platform extrapolation theory in order to reach comprehensive theoretical framework for study by reviewing the related literature was also using the Platform for descriptive and analytical in the side of the field to reach the generalizations appropriate and the study found a relationship between work stress and performance references and as well as between work stress and auditors leakage of the profession also revealed the results of the study provide references in age, experience and career center socializing feeling less pressure of work and on the contrary, for the auditors at least older and experienced and focused and functionally as it affects the pressures of work on their performance and on dropping out of the profession in the light of the results of the study the researchers made some recommendations that may contribute to improving the professional work of auditors and conduct further studies on the behavioral aspects of the audit profession.
