Abstract : The gifted and creative are the natural wealth in human societies and is the source of the tender and the progress and development and where development is needed to the efforts of all members of society, then it is required to look for talent and capacity at the community regardless of disability or disability in the individual because the talent is so with a disability.
Islam has been given and the issue of disability was the highest level of attention to the Islamic perspective is hampered by the foundation my father built upon its view of other civilizations, and the premise of respect for the teeth as a human being regardless of what he is disabled or healthy.
Disability is one of the facts that Naechiha we face in our lives and at any time and place and attention to gifted children with disabilities predestined important criterion for measuring the development of civilization to which the nation so civilized societies have focused on the interest in them, and identify strengths and creativity and talent they have to sponsor them and growth after the focus was only on the shortcomings and inability to have because this category is one of the talent need to be full of discovery and the care and from here came the idea of this study, which aims to:
Case study for the disabled and visually gifted with special needs to identify the types and topics and areas of their creativity and types of talents and ways of care.
This study is divided into three sections: the first section / provided and include the definition of the category of people with visual disabilities that will be used in the study and Almstahat own.
And Section II / do a case study of a number of talented visually impaired.
As part of It, and the latter focuses on the following recommendations:
Interest in discovering the type and the area of talent for those with disability Alberrih.
Quality and educating the community detection methods and care.
Develop programs to increase awareness and culture to the families of talented visually impaired and in society in general.
