Abstract : The aim of this study was to identify: 1 - The relationship between cognitive style and dependence - independence from the domain of cognitive and CSR in a sample of women with female faculty and administrative positions require Allii Huda administrative decision making. 2 - Differences between Baptists and independents from the domain of female faculty members for social responsibility and that the sample consists of 120 members Aiip teaching women with managerial positions, Head of Section, Student Affairs and Deputy Under Secretary for Graduate Studies, Dean, researcher used the test forms are included and measure of social responsibility. The study results showed a statistically significant positive relationship between cognitive style field dependence independence from cognitive and social responsibility of women with female faculty members and administrative positions and the results showed no significant differences between the self-employed Almatmdato for the domain of social responsibility, and for the benefit of Almatmadt on the field, and have been explained in the results of the study Addour theoretical frameworks and previous studies has emerged from the study some of the recommendations and proposed research
