Abstract : The objective of this research to the development of thinking and raising the level of achievement of fourth grade pupils in Jeddah and to achieve that prepared Alpagth user parameter to teach some thinking skills (communication, reasoning, link, description, comparison, classification, fluency, flexibility) through geography alone manifestations of the earth's surface in the fourth grade. And use the experimental method, which was adopted on the design sub-31 students and 26 student officer ABG
And formed materials and Adaut Search Room of the Guide and a poll for teachers of geography at the stage Alaptdaip to identify the most important eight thinking skills fit the geography education in the phase Aleightdaiip to identify the most important eight thinking skills fit the geography education for pupils and fourth grade achievement test, test thinking, the data processing using statistical packages for social sciences (spss) test using Tmjmuap linked and not linked to groups and calculate the size of the effect box ETA has resulted in the search results to test the application of multi-dimensional thinking about the existence of statistically significant differences between the average grades students in the experimental and control groups for Almjmmuap pilot and also the existence of significant differences between the average scores of students in the experimental group and tribal dimensional realizations for the application of the independent (Teaching thinking across the curriculum) on the dependent variables (achievement test scores, and thinking) and concluded that research on the effectiveness of teaching thinking across the curriculum to development of thinking and raising the level of achievement.
And in those Addour geography SCHOLAR recommended a set of recommendations
- Alaatmam teaching thinking through the subject of Geography at all levels of public education and private elementary stage of its importance in creating a personal, independent and creative and Notepad
- Training teachers to teach geography thinking through the curriculum in Geography
- Preparation of studies for teaching thinking across the curriculum in Saudi Arabia for various subjects
- Include a textbook in geography thinking skills through activities and exercises for students and the definition of it.
