Abstract |

Due attention to social skills being one of the important elements that determine the nature of interactions daily per capita of those around him in different contexts, which is efficient in the case of fairness of the pillars of psychological adjustment at both the personal and societal (Tarif Sharafi 2003.17)
Social skills and behaviors include verbal and non verbal specific and distinct and require an appropriate response and the individual positive and effective Adwha influenced by the characteristics of individual interaction with the environment surrounding it. (1983, michelson). And lies the importance of social skills in it:
1 - enable the individual to maintain close relations with those around him and keeping it out of The stay of friendly relations of the important indicators of efficiency in personal relationships, the individual does not stop being a member of a group anywhere (1997, carlyon)
2 - To facilitate the management of labor relations, whether with colleagues or superiors or subordinates in a better way
3 - enable the individual to face embarrassing situations and get rid of the deadlock, efficient and effective sense of self and alleviate the trauma and personal excess to enjoy life (Tarif shugi, 1998.25)
4- help the individual to take advantage of others, for example, improves my father loved to listen not only from others, but he will learn many things including (1990, schmidt & meneley)
5- and if it also contributes in part to build individual beliefs and perceptions about himself, which is expected in the case of Mrtfie social skills to be positive (1997, buren, nowicki)

6- social skills is an important factor in achieving social conditioning within Gamaat which the individual belongs as well as society. (Sadia Bahadur, 1996.48,) 7- is also the need for each activity performed by a human being, as it facilitates the entry into force of the activity and being able to do Btid duties difficult and large and the vehicle. And a researcher believes that the acquisition of social skills contribute to a great deal of independence and self-reliance, with more trust in himself, and make it to join others including Nctthm Bhakq enjoy the validity of his emotional health. |
