In this study we directed the effects poisonous to a material ( the Pm of 701 ) on different kinds of animals . And the results showed that there were not deaths they were recorded to doses that reach 10 gm. / as a great from the weight of body during 4 weeks of observation . And the liver functions tests revealed ( Sgot - Sgpt - Aik Phos ) and the kidneys ( the uremia is Walkriatnin ) that a material ( the Pm of 701 ) has not poisonous effects on the liver and the kidneys . And the disclosure of any toxicity did not take place in the blood . And the textile studies did not show effects on a mucous of the stomach, and any change did not appear on assembling the liver or the kidneys . And the liver cells showed their preservation of the cellular lines without any the signs of the cellular Lel-Nkrza . And he appeared in few of the renal Al Anibibat degenerative changes . And the spleen tissue showed an activation and broadening the germ centers for Aqidat the white core lymphatic signing to the activation of the immune defense without any effect on the vital body systems . Therefore we stood compared to the toxicity Al Msththa by the known chemotherapy, and it's possible to look at a material ( the Pm of 701 ) that it is safe as anti- cancer possible treatment with it raised an extremely small on the vital systems in the body . As the liver and the kidneys and advising on its subjection to the medical experience on the volunteers . And the classification of a material ( the Pm of 701 ) took place that it is not poisonous practically |
